Tips on how to buy the Padlock Suede Bag
1. The size/shape of the bag
Make sure that you love the shape and size of the bag, because there’s no return shipping fee for our customers so you’ll have to pay $30–$40 depending on your location to send it back if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it! This also applies if it were to be out of stock (which rarely happens)
2. The color/design
The colors available are black and white (which I personally think is the best hanung Kong style! :P) but we do have other colors which can be customized. The designs are left to our customers’ discretion, we actually suggest you stick to iconic designs like Portrait of a Young Girl, Padlocks etc. but you can ask us if you want a design not in the list.
3. The Material
We use Pig Skins leather (which is the same material used in Coach bags) for the body and of the bag and we use Suede leather from Italy for the bottom of the bag. You can read about our materials here.
4. Price
$30–$40 depending on location and his/her need, we offer free worldwide shipping through our website. We pay all the taxes on the products but we do not have a return shipping fee as it would be very costly. You can also choose to pay in cash or through PayPal (which can be done after the order is placed)
